Removed some code that conflicts with our mod titanstorms. We are using an open source cape mod and it was not functioning with htis

going to add their json file to our dev cape file
since i removed the old module, i added ours where also the auther has a cape, so now atleast he too have a cape
get new changes from 4gname
when titanpower is installed the cape module gets deactivated
