I think the alignments juncture should be at exactly the boundary of CP006421 and CP005470 (e.g. bright green marker) but instead they are a little off (e.g. bright red marker)
Note that this issue inspired creating #1894 so that we can inspect the raw data for this visualization instead of manually finding the lines in the PAF that might produce what is seen

There is no real way for a single alignment to "cross" the boundary between refseqs hence, probably the rendering is inaccurate
