  • add REST doc to search tools and search
  • do an internal check of sequence before submitting
  • properly call protein versus nucleotide when sending sequence over
  • get tools from server
  • submit search
  • display results
  • add significance
  • sorting should work
  • add highlighting
  • add loading dialog
  • navigate to results on click

  • check tab functionality
  • file menu should open Annotator panel and select (or just remove)
  • inline search should go to the proper place
  • add columns with additional navigate and add gene buttons
