This is the work-in-progress repo for the the book Gmacs: mastering a modeling framework to assess crustacean stocks.

The purpose of this book is to guide a new user through the entire process for preparing a stock assessment, viewing the results (using the dedicated package gmr and producing an assessment document.

This book is build using the bookdown package.
