Predictions with output from mplus and stata

For this release the package can take saved output from models fit in Stata or Mplus for multivariate continuous outcomes only and produce predictions and estimates of uncertainty for weighted combinations of the outcomes.

This approach is depreciated as it is easier and more robust to use lavaan output and will be removed from future versions of the package.
