This PR adds the following sounds:

• Vehicle doors opening and closing
• Engine sounds for combustion and v8 (which is just pitched down combustion sounds)
• Gear shift sounds
• Car impact sounds
• Rear beeper
• Car alarm
• Curtains json (car curtains use the same sound as normal curtains)
