Major Changes
- Upgraded the RHG function to handle vectorized inputs and produce vectorized outputs.
- Added several new graphing functions for comparing regional curves and described them in a new vignette.
- Added a new function to calculate the hydraulic dimensions for each region at the min and max drainage areas covered by each study. This data frame is required to describe and compare regional curves.
- Added package security checks using the R package
