v2.0.0 - Major Update! TakoTako is born

Renamed the mod to TakoTako so it won't be confused with other mods.
Added TJA support and a bunch of other features and fixes.

If you're updating from a previous version please delete your older fluto.com.taikomods.dll and this will generate a new config file, so be aware that you might need to redirect your Song Directory and Save Directory.
