Supported templates additions in 1.3.1

In addition to minor enhancements and fixes, this release contains the following:

All templates now have IP forwarding enabled
All of the Google GDM templates now have IP forwarding enabled by default. This allows the use of BIG-IP features that require IP forwarding, such as the IP Forwarding virtual server.
