This release just update the CMakeLists.txt in order to improve the build functionality.
It does not change at all the source code of Minizip which keeps a simple copy of the official zlib 1.2.11 "contrib/minizip" folder without test, demo and extra files

• Add a "d" DEBUG_POSTFIX to the library name
• Use modern CMAKE (export targets from the build tree for use by outside projects, more standard install directories)
