This App helps IPC to easily refer patients offline and create vouchers for them in the PSI environment.

To test the connexion with elements SDK, you can install it from here. Don't forget to activate it in the app settings.
Important note: This app has been configured to sync with PSI’s District Health Information Software 2 (DHIS2) instance with a specific Web service. PSI’s DHIS2 instance has a specific configuration that allows users to download this application and upload data. Documentation for enabling other organizations to configure a DHIS2 instance and use this app is not yet available.
