Hotfix for the traitor round.
Running this round on any map without a specific character model would crash the server.

Mainly bug fixes in this release. Updated offsets and fixed English translations.

Version 4.0 Release

The 4.0 release has managed to get a grand total of 101 rounds. There will be no more major updates to Strat Roulette in the early future as I'm taking a break from the project.

Added 14 rounds for a total of 76 rounds. Improved code readability by refactoring round system.

Fully functional stratroulette with 62 different rounds and translation functionality.
Since 2.0 fixed ammo modification issues and a translation key being incorrect.
