The Python version of the ripper will no longer receive completely new features. I have ported almost all of the functionality of the ripper into C# and will deprecate the Python version once the C# version can do everything the Python version can do. Until then, I will try to add features added to the C# version to the Python version, but the Python version is no longer a priority.

Removed old workflow and added a new one to auto update the wiki.
