This PR fixes:

Width and Height Centimeters no longer require relative width / height percentage to be set to 0 TextBox.WidthCentimeters only respected if RelativeWidthPercentage set to 0 #183
Fixes typo in HorizontalPositionOffset and HorizontalPositionOffsetCentimeters which may require some code changes
Added some docs
