control-center-height not being respected

No matter what value I put for control-center-height, it always takes up the entire height of the screen. This is happens with or without a GTK theme other than Adwaita.

The behavior you're seeing is working as expected. That's the fit-to-screen property. Change it to false in config.json and reload config (swaync-client -R).

i.e. in config.json. It's at the root level of the json object.
