This commit replaces the API used to generate an Adorable Avatar due to the original one been shut down by its creator. See itsthatguy/avatars-api-middleware#108

Recently, the maintainers of Adorable Avatar API choose to shut down their service for economical reasons. Luckily someone offers to use its hosted version of the generator to replace the one shut down.
