HDRI Merge: add option to save with the preview exposure.

New in OCIO Maker

• Added a "Base Config" section, for configuring the general properties of the config. Very sparse at the moment.
• Added a custom tone mapper, included when using the "Custom" base config.

New in LUT Maker

• Added a mode for adjusting existing LUT files. This is particularly useful for tweaking the sensor noise floor of LUTs from camera manufacturers, which are unlikely to be calibrated for specific cameras.
• Can now load 16-bit TIFF and PNG files, which is particularly useful for estimating the sensor noise floor of high-bit-depth footage accurately.
• Now uses the selected/loaded transfer function in Generate and Modify modes when estimating the sensor noise floor from lens cap images. This gives more accurate noise floor estimates in some cases.

General improvements

• LUT Maker and OCIO Maker can now load Davinci Resolve .cube files. They could already load Iridas .cube files, which are a little different.

Bug Fixes:

• Saving OCIO configs via the Appimage release on Linux would fail (issue #4).
• Opening file dialogs would sometimes crash on MacOS (issue #5).
• HDRI Merge wasn't accounting for sensor noise floors properly, which could lead to incorrectly noisy results in dark areas.
