Description
The Meercode monitoring badge is blank because their API has been broken for a while now - they stopped sending weekly emails with test stats too, and their GitHub repos don't really allow for opening issues. Frankly, since nobody apart from me was checking these stats, we may as well get rid of them. @zklaus it'd be good if you allowed this as a bugfix for 2.10 so our README looks complete 😃
