Change Description
Adding two new workflows to eosjs CI/CD. A docker build/push workflow will use the most recent versions of eos and eosio.cdt to construct contracts and create a working test environment for other CI/CD tasks nightly at 2 am UTC. Additionally, an integration test workflow running at 3 am UTC will use that latest docker image and test eosjs against eos to ensure compatibility nightly.
