Create a workflow for rebuilding software with the bot #295

Currently what is possible is:

  • We submit an easystack file with a rebuild flag.
  • The bot rebuilds, creates a tarball.
  • We ingest the tarball.
  • But do not merge the PR.

I guess if the rebuild option is removed from the easystack file afterwards, the PR could still be merged?

A comment could be added to the easystack file to mention that a rebuild was done, and when (and maybe include the link to the PR)?
