Build against Qt6.4 (Fedora37)

Fails with v1.2.2.
Have patch to get this working. RPM's for 1.2.2 at https://copr.fedorainfracloud.org/coprs/phlebus/DSView/builds/.

Not fully tested but seems ok here.
