gnuboy v1.2.3 for the FunKey S

New features

• Added support for original boot roms to get the full experience/compatibility. To use them, create or edit "FunKey/.gnuboy/gnuboy.rc" this way (change the paths and place the bootrom files accordingly to yours):

set bootrom_dmg "/path/to/gb_bios.bin"
set bootrom_cgb "/path/to/gbc_bios.bin"

Please note that you should not load any savestate during the bios sequence because the game is not initialized yet.

Bug fixes

• [GBC] Fixed empty pause and demo windows in NBA Hoopz.
• Various fixes (may fix some games, the changes are not documented though).

Installation

• Put the OPK in "Emulators" folder at the root of your SD card and launch GMenu2X ("Emulators" section).
• Compatible with GMenu2X and RetroFE: you need to launch a game once under GMenu2X first then it will update the emulator for RetroFE too.
• Compatible with the FunKey S Instant Play (requires OS update 2.3.0 or above).
