The following given a center will draw an arc from pen with sweep in radians :)
But wont it be slower than approximation to cubic curves because of transforms? If so then there's a bit of challenge in getting control points if arc doesn't start from 0 or doesn't end at one of the 4(perhaps) endpoints, which I couldn't solve
