FIX: substitutions THIRDPARTY_XXX are not available for actioncomm reminders
When creating an email template for actioncomm reminder, the substitutions for THIRDPARTY_XXX are not dealt with.
This PR simply calls Actioncomm::fetch_thirdparty() before managing substitutions.
