Travis CI automatic tests referenced in issue #8

Add .travis.yml file to test programs of the repository.
This Dockerfile is used to generate docker images of the vfsa package
with the Madagascar package installed and configured
This test install vfsa package and run the usage example in a docker
image with the Madagascar package already installed
The script env.sh loads the Madagascar environment variables to allow
package usage
With this configuration, Travis CI builds tests only when pushed
commits to master and develop branches
