Variable Pointer

Hello,
first I want to thank you for all the work you have done, my LK4 Pro works perfectly.
I am now trying to make my version of the menu. But there is something I don't understand with DGUS Tools. What
what the VP (Variable pointer) and how to know which 0xXXXX corresponds to which real Marlin variable? How to know that one variable is the temperature of the nozzle, the other the power of the fan...

It's a screen RAM address. Aside from addresses 0x00-0x1000 (which are reserved by the system), they don't do anything special.

When you develop the touchscreen interface, you tell component X to use address Y. Then, when writing software interacting with the touchscreen, you know what you used address Y for.

So there is somewhere in Marlin where the Y addresses are noted to make them correspond to the real variables? if I understand

Ok, i found what i was looking for, that was the files in Marlin\src\lcd\extui\dgus_reloaded\config\.
