Vehcile counting and detection using opencv and genrate timer according to it. In the rand.py files we upload the image from our dataset and provide image as an input to count the number of vehicles in it In the main.py we take VideoCapture and webcam clicks the image then save it to the folder image and then pass the saved image to count the number of vehicles in it the camera does this after every 10seconds to timer and genrate the timer for light also to move on
