[nodejs] Add SHI exploit prevention endpoints and enable the tests

Motivation

We are implementing SHI exploit prevention in nodejs tracer, here are the system tests for the feature.

Changes

Add endpoints and enable the test for the next tracer version.

Workflow

   • Test logic is modified? -> Get a review from RFC owner. We're working on refining the codeowners file quickly.
