RUM-4738: Add "Tab" and "TabRow" Composable groups mappers

What does this PR do?

Add "Tab" and "TabRow" Composable groups mappers, so that "Tab" & "TabRow" can have:

• correct position in SR
• correct color in SR
• correct size in SR
