What does this PR do?
Adds the
bpm-releaseto the tile to be deployed as an add-on on the ephemeral jobs such as thedeploy-alljob.Description of the Change
Embed the
bpm-releaseto the tile, and installs it as an add-on on the deployment of thedatadog-application-monitoringtile.bpmmight be required if it's enabled on the datadog-agent-boshrelease from thedatadog-cluster-monitoringtile, so if it's not installed on these jobs, they will fail due to the missing bpm.Review checklist (to be filled by reviewers)
