cleaned apportionment tables from 1990, 2000, and 2010.

Oops, looks like there are files in 2 places now. We will get this right I promise. So we just want the data in /data-raw and the scripts you used in /scripts. Does that make sense? Let me know if you think it would make more sense to organize it differently. |
