Yes, Chocobo Jig II makes sense as a SoA release.
Chocobo Jig though should be WoTG as noted.

So it looks like according to that, the WAR should be RoV, not SoA.

DRK doesn't match any of those historicals, so I assume after RoV. Was there a content release after RoV? Or just adjustments time to time?

WAR level 45 did not get def bonus until here: https://www.bg-wiki.com/index.php?title=Defense_Bonus&direction=next&oldid=391983
That would fall into RoV again.
