Iridium Singularity is used in Ultimate Singularity, but has no recipe

Bug Report

There's an Iridium Singularity, but it has no recipe and searching "Iridium" in JEI yields only the singularity.

Expected Behaviour

To either have a recipe, or be removed from the ultimate singularity requirement.

Possible Solution

Since there's no Iridium (that I know of) in the pack, removing the item seems like a good idea.
