🔍 The creation of DXMeSH stems from a deep understanding of the cumbersome process of crafting search terms. Research should not be hindered by repetitive tasks; instead, every minute should be devoted to truly meaningful contemplation. With DXMeSH, comprehensive and accurate search terms can be generated with a single click, unleashing the potential for research and focusing on innovation and discovery.

Hehe, feel free to sprinkle some little stars, and be super happy! 🤩 GitHub URL: https://github.com/DaXuanGarden/DXMeSH

📈 DXMeSH v1.0

  • One-Click Search Term Generation: Build your search strategy quickly with simple commands using PubMed MeSH terms.
  • Efficient MeSH Searching: Direct access to the PubMed database, pinpointing medical SCI literature with precise MeSH strategies.

Get Writing Materials

- It's worth mentioning that `DXMeSH v1.1` supports both `Word` and `Markdown` file formats, so you can use various tools such as `Microsoft Word`, `WPS Office`, `FlowUs`, `Typora`, etc., to build your material library. Isn't that thoughtful? Now, go ahead and praise Da Xuan! Ha ha.

library(DXMeSH)

## If it is a Word file

get_Writing_materials('Introduction-1.docx')

## If it is a Markdown file

get_Writing_materials('Introduction-1.md')

Congratulations!

With this, `DXMeSH v1.1` has used `Introduction-1` to generate `Introduction-2.1`, and through `Get Writing Materials`, it has produced two file formats: `Introduction-2.1.docx` and `Introduction-2.1.md`, to meet our different needs. Additionally, `DXMeSH` will automatically copy `Introduction-2.2` for us to use later in cutting to create the `Introduction-2.3` material library.

🐾 Future Updates

The future updates are eagerly anticipated. We are committed to creating a comprehensive, precise, and efficient medical paper search tool:

1️⃣ Automated Search and Output: After generating search terms, perform the search with one click and output structured table files, integrating information such as journal impact factors and title translations.

2️⃣ Intuitive Term Visualization: One-click visualization features, including word clouds and bar charts, to display high-frequency terms and research trends vividly.

3️⃣ AI Literature Summarization: Future versions will incorporate artificial intelligence technology to automatically summarize literature content, providing intelligent support for researchers.

4️⃣ Resource Library Construction: Based on the methodology of the "Scientific Research Theory," create a research material library with one click, aiding in the deepening of medical paper writing and research thought processes.

DXMeSH is inspired by Professor Zhong's "Scientific Research Theory," striving to create a one-stop solution for medical paper search, resource library construction, and term visualization.
