Description
List of proposed changes:
Added Release Please v. 3.1.2
On push to main (when our dev branch is merged with release branch) Release Please automatically creates a "release" PR that will need to be merged. This PR will automatically generate a Release in GitHub equipped with a changelog based on our commits. Commits must follow https://www.conventionalcommits.org/en/v1.0.0/ Conventional Commits Guidelines.

Can be tested on any push to main
