Error while working with Eigensoft command smartpca command

I was working on computing PCA using Eigenstrat, but I encountered a few errors while running the smartpca command. I have also used all the flags as required for the execution of the smartpca command (screenshot attached).
Moreover, I am not able to run the smartpca command.
"smartpca -p Data1.par > Data1.log" (screenshot attached)
I have attached all the test files.

It looks to me that you have misinstalled smartpca Is /usr/bin/smartpca a binary executable (correct) or a perl script (wrong) Nick
