Just one change with regards to 5.0.1: removal of RSS link when module is not syndicated

Several updates

• Enhancement: Aggregator now preserves added custom elements (extensions) from original feeds
• Enhancement: Added XSL extension to properly format dates in .net fashion
• Enhancement: Added new transformation for upcoming Events module to take advantage of specific event data fields
• Fix: Make compressed incoming RSS streams auto decompress. This will solve issues with the new Twitter feeds.
• Fix: Readded pubDateParsed and pubDateParsedLocalTime which were lost during the 5.0 upgrade to .net Syndication Framework
• Enhancement: Added transformation for upcoming Events module RSS which should include custom events data that we can leverage in this module
• Enhancement: Cosmetic improvements to the edit UI
• Enhancement: Added RSS icon to main screen
