Problems setting frequence of R1155 on the mosquito #149

Setting the frequency of R1155 with R1155_RANGE_LOW and R1155_RANGE_HIGH via Large/Small Dial does not allow to set the direction (increase/decrease) and jumps wildly through the scale.
