- Split Docker build into multiple stages, moving FSL, MCR, and ANTs builds into their own separate repos
- Update versions of FSL (to 6.0.7.9), MCR (R2019a), ANTs (2.5.4)
- FSL build size reduced by omitting unused binaries and assets (e.g. CUDA binaries, segmentation models, FEAT/FLAME, GUI tools)
