Bro i have solved the problem like below: @EngrPips @kwamentw @AnouarBF
and then i have installed some package through the below command:
then manually i give the path of the file and run the below command and it worked for me:

I downloaded pandoc and run the command
pandoc --help
to check if it works, and indeed it does work. but when I try to get into .pandoc file from my computer it shows "No such file or directory".By the way I tried this method #15 (comment) from @kwamentw but it doesn't work.
I'm using Ubuntu 22.04
