Currently, the configuration structure is organized by feature.

Instead it should be organized by realm:

│   │   ├── realms

│   │   ├── clients
│   │   ├── ...

│   │   ├── realms
│   │   │   ├── realm-b.json
│   │   ├── clients
│   │   ├── ...
