After you load a model, the The only constraint (at least, up to the current 0.5.12 release - later releases may change this) is that OSC resamples STO files at (iirc) 100 hz, because its interactive plotting capabilities work a little differently from (e.g.) the official OpenSim GUI, which uses raw integration steps. EDIT: 0.5.15 also adds the "Preview Experimental Data" workflow, which is described in tutorial 7. The workflow also enables loading a model + states, but has the added benefit of also enabling users to overlay the 3D scene with raw data and force vectors loaded from XML files (e.g. |

menu in the model editor contains aLoad Motion...
