Dependencies upgrade

Upgrade for versions of some libraries that we use.

Description

Upgrades need to be done in both: poms and features XML files.

Motivation and Context

Next steps as i see them are:
A) aet-features.xml file review, grouping of bundles into small features (especially the feature called aet-dependencies)
B) upgrade for W3C Validator

Types of changes

• Bug fix (non-breaking change which fixes an issue)
• New feature (non-breaking change which adds functionality)
• Breaking change (fix or feature that would cause existing functionality to not work as expected)

Checklist:

• My change requires a change to the documentation.
• I have updated the documentation accordingly.
