If we're failing to connect to the local node, give up quickly to avoid build stuck.
This needed to run some tests from travis-ci.
Escaping caused travis error
KOTH worker must avoid filling of opposite orders in case spread is too small. This commit adds a check for this. Closes: Codaone#668
When KOTH is used in "both" mode, but has only one asset, don't disable worker, just wait until some balance will be available. Closes: Codaone#670
