- Updated the CI badge link in README.md to point to the publish workflow.
- Consolidated spinoff.yml and spinoff-controller.yml into a single stack.yml.
- Removed redundant sed commands and updated remaining ones to use stack.yml.
- Deleted spinoff.yml and spinoff-controller.yml as they are no longer needed.

Updated the README to replace references to spinoff-controller.yml with stack.yml. This includes updating the cron expression and deployment command examples to reflect the new file name.
