I think there’s a new inference regression, I started digging into it yesterday, but I haven’t gotten to the bottom of it yet I’m trying to debug this in the JET job in https://github.com/CliMA/ClimaAtmos.jl/pull/2586/files |

Purpose
weekly release. also increases ref counter as the new Thermodynamics version results in behavior changes.
