Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

There are quite a few key presses to reach the "Quit" main menu option to close out. I don't know about anyone else, but I usually load up a world, play for a few hours, then want to just quit out to desktop, not really go back to the main menu.

Solution you would like.

An option "Save and quit to desktop" esc menu option above or below the current "Save and quit" option. Would save keypresses.

To go above and beyond, perhaps it could even close the terminal window immediately while saving the game in the background. Then i could immediately do whatever else while it finishes saving. (but this is only extra, the quit to desktop option is the main goal of this feature request)

Describe alternatives you have considered.

  1. scroll to quit and 'enter' every time
  2. shift-Q every time
  3. alt-f4 every time
