A pop-up to notify player to report back to old guard rep after recon-ing the Exodii to complete old guard rep's mission

Since #69565 fixed the issue of the old guard rep's "Find source of robots" mission, i thought of something that would make it more obvious that the player do the recon and should go report back to the old guard rep.

Solution you would like.

A pop-up that pops up upon stepping on the mission marker that notify the player to go report back to the old guard rep.

Describe alternatives you have considered.

Not doing so.
