Describe the bug

In #38015, it was noted that Deadened mutation did not prevent seeing limb health values - neither precise with self-aware, nor stick indicators without it - via healing item selection menu. It was fixed.
Well, I've found another way to cheat the system - and all I have do to is just look around!

Steps To Reproduce

  1. Make a player with Deadened mutation.
  2. Harm some of your limbs somehow.
  3. Enter "look around" mode('x').
  4. Put the cursor on a character(if it isn't there for some reason)
  5. Press 'e' to show extended descriptions.
  6. See stick indicators of all your limbs' health values instead of good/okay/bad.
Note: it is always stick indicators, even if your character have SA.

Expected behavior

I guess just hiding your character's health values altogether would be an acceptable solution. You can see this info in 2 other way more obvious places anyway.
