vehicle list in V menu

since much of the world assessment involves V menu which helps to evaluate the situation on a scale. I think it’s a good idea to add vehicles there.

Describe the solution you'd like

1. press V
2. move to vehicles tab
3. display list similar to items and monsters with directions

Additional context

this will help to quickly assess the possibility of finding fuel and spare parts. or for example, find an armored personnel carrier with a working turret in the middle of the city. 🤲
